Your pickup point:

Make sure to select your pickup spot when booking to avoid confusion or delays. Please arrive on time at the designated pick-up spot. For drop-offs, the bus will be ready at the dock to take you back to your pickup location.

Agreement, waiver, and release:

Each participant must sign a safety waiver before the tour to participate. Minors must have their parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

Social media and content:

Photographs and videos may be taken of guests while on the excursion by the company’s tour guides. This content may be posted on social media for marketing purposes. If you would prefer your picture not to be taken, please let our tour guides know.

Enhanced cancellation policy:

1. Fully Refundable for Adverse Weather and/or Sea Conditions: If your plans are impacted by unfavorable weather or sea conditions, rest assured, your booking is fully refundable.
2. Fully Refundable for Operator-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that we, as the operator, need to cancel for any reason, your payment will be fully refunded.
3. Fully Refundable for Changes in Flight or Cruise Ship Itinerary: We understand that travel plans can change. If you're unable to attend due to alterations in your flight or cruise ship itinerary, your reservation is fully refundable.
